IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please take note of the following before booking or making enquiries
The elevation of our guest facilities (being in the mountains) and the proximity of our guest cottages to Eagle’s Eyrie is unfortunately cause for noise disturbance to other guests at Rusty Gate and neighbouring farms due to loud music and/or other sound.
We take the peace and sanity of our guests and neighbours very seriously, and therefore booking of our facilities for events will be subject to the following non-negotiable terms:
- For events that will include music and/or other loud sound the entire venue (including Eagle’s Eyrie and all cottages) must be booked, and exceptions will be at the sole discretion of Rusty Gate Mountain Retreat.
- No loud music or noise shall be tolerated between the hours of midnight and 08:00 the next morning on any day for any event.
- Should only Eagle’s Eyrie be booked for an event and there are other guests at Rusty Gate (not partaking in the event), then no loud music or noise shall be tolerated at any time.
